ABOUT US
Illalangi is owned and operated by Keryn and John Gorman, who have been growing grapes and olives for twenty years.
Hands on practical knowledge, combined with formal qualifications, Keryn (B.Ec Diploma in Horticulture) and John (B,Sc. Diploma in Horticulture) have helped the Gormans attain their goals of environmentally sustainable production in both their vineyard and groves.
Illalangi is at the cutting edge of today's wine making, processing and packaging techniques.
Illalangi's award winning wines are bottled with a screw cap finish and the oils are available in either screw cap bottles or in the Australian developed, environmentally friendly, "oil in a cask".
