Extra virgin olive oil

Created from olives which are grown on the hills surrounding the Murray River, in South Australia's Riverland region. Illalangi olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvest, resulting in a well balanced fruity oil which is high in antioxidants.

Illalangi Extra Virgin Olive Oil is wonderful for everyday use in the wok or frying pan, drizzling over meat, pasta, vegetables and bruschetta and as a dressing for salad or a dip for crusty bread.

Available in 100ml, 375ml, 2 Litre Cask and 10 Litre Cask. Also available in food service quantities.

illalangi "El Primero" Extra virgin olive oil

"El Primero" (Spanish for "the first") Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from Illalangi's super high density olive grove at Cadell in South Australia's Riverland. Released in April 2007, El Primero is the first commercial planting in Australia of the Spanish varieties Arbequina i-18 and Arbosana i-43. These oils are highly valued in the international markets for their excellent organoleptic properties.

Arbequina is a very fine oil, fruity and balanced, while the Arbosana has a stronger character, expressing fruity grass aromas with a slightly bitter and peppery finish.

Available in 100ml, 375ml, 2 Litre Cask and 10 Litre Cask. Also available in food service quantities.

They contain no animal fats, are biodegradable and most importantly gentle on your skin and the environment. An ideal climate; much of the continent enjoys comparable conditions to the Mediterranean olive growing regions which currently supply most of the worlds oil.
