Illalangi Olive Oil, Herb & Garlic Bread
INGREDIENTS
35cm loaf crusty white or brown bread 2/3 cup Illalangi Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 lemon, rind finely grated 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped chives 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped 1/4 cup dill, chopped

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Cut bread into 1.5cm thick slices, making sure not to cut all the way through. 3. Place oil, lemon rind, garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix well. Brush over both sides of each slice of bread. Wrap bread up tightly in foil. 4. Place onto a baking tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Slice all the way through. Serve.
