Chicken Breast Fillet with Illalangi Native Herbs & Chilli Coating Mix
INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breast fillet Egg wash Flour or Cornflour Illalangi Native Herb & Chilli Coating Mix Illalangi Extra Virgin Olive Oil

METHOD
1. Flatten Chicken breast slightly, flour, egg wash and coat with Native herb mix. 2. Pan fry in Illalangi Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden on both sides. Finish in oven 180°C.
