Greenwheat Freekeh - Bulk - per 100gm

Newly developed Greenwheat Freekah (pronounced "free-kah") is 100% Australian grown wheat that's as quick and as easy to prepare as rice or pasta. 

Picked and roasted when the grain is green, Freekah retains a higher percentage of protein, dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals, in particular calcium, potassium, iron and zinc, than mature wheat.

Can be served as a side dish, like rice, or as an ingredient in salads, soups, vegetarian burgers and more!
