Made with Adelaide Hills Milk, this is a rich surface-ripened Camembert. When ripe, the cheese has a soft and creamy texture, a velvety mouth-feel and develops cheesy cauliflower flavours. Camembert pairs beautifully with generous white wines such as Chardonnay or Arneis, or aromatic styles like Gruner Veltliner and Gewurtztraminer. This cheese is delightful when served at room temperature with crusty bread, plain crackers, roasted almonds or muscatels.
