Our hand made Wild hibiscus (Rosella) and wattle seed syrup is our absolute favourite syrup for drizzling over ice cream, yoghurt and pancakes. Not too sweet, the slightly tart flavour of the hibiscus is beautifully balanced with the nutty, coffee flavours of wattle seed.
Perfect glaze for your Aussie Christmas baked ham (family favourite).
Ingredients. Wild hibiscus flowers, sugar, apple juice (no added sugar), water, lemon juice and wattle seed.
