- 1/2 Red cabbage, sliced fine
- 1/2 White cabbage, sliced fine
- 1 Carrot - sliced into thin matchsticks
- 3 Shallots - sliced
- Gevity Souped-Up Sriracha Mayo
1. Add vegetables to a large bowl and gently stir through Sriracha Mayo - add just a tablespoon at a time to ensure you don't add too much.
2. Once all the vegetables are coated with mayo, transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
