All orders can be collected from our store.
Our store is located at 12915 Sturt Highway, Waikerie South Australia
If you select this option we will contact you and arrange a time for you to pick up your purchase.
Australia wide postage
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars and can be paid for via PayPal or Credit Card.
We accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and debit cards. Once orders are received they will be dispatched within 2 business days and are delivered through Australian Post within 1 – 10 working days depending on your location.
Freight costs will vary depending on location and weight. We use Australia Post to deliver all our orders within Australia.
We hope your goods arrive in perfect condition! On the odd occasion you may find your package has arrived damaged or missing contents. Please if this is the case, we need you to:
1.Take a photo if possible
2.Present the damaged item and the packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed (only the person whom the item is addressed can present the item). Please note that not all Post Offices are able to complete damage reports. Please ask at your local outlet or look for Post Offices listed as Post Shops or Business Hubs online.
3.Australia Post retail staff will submit a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf (you’ll need to leave the item and all packaging with staff for processing).
4.Provide supporting documentation as requested. This may include, a statutory declaration, receipts for postage or the item itself, photos, and other item details.
