Chocolate Mud Cake Mix - Gluten Free - Bulk - Per 10g
This Gluten-Free Chocolate Mud cake is very moist and dense in texture with a deep chocolate flavour and rich dark chocolate colour.
ingredients: Sugar, tapioca starch, cocoa powder (9.6%), potato starch, rice flour, modified tapioca starch, raising agents (450, 500), emulsifier (471, 481), iodised salt, vegetable gum (415), flavour
1. Preheat oven to 175 C (160C fan-forced). Line cake tin or muffin pans.
2. Combine the following; 600g mud cake mix, 3 eggs, 140mls water, 140mls extra virgin olive oil into a bowl.
3. Mix well, pour into a cake tin or muffin pans.
4. Bake for 45mins for cake or 25 mins for muffins.
5. Let to sit for 5 minutes before placing it onto a cooling rack.
