Love My Earth Dahl Mixes are a blend of organic lentils and spices balanced to perfection.
Nutritious and delicious, the mixes are designed to be super versatile – simply add water and any vegetables you have on hand, or enhance the meal with added protein, our pasta sauce, coconut milk, or fresh herbs.
Bombay Tomato
From the Love My Earth kitchen to yours, Bombay Tomato Dahl mix. A unique, warming blend of spices and red lentils. Quick and easy to make, nutritious and delicious.
Spice level 2/4 - hearty and robust flavours for those who enjoy spice!
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 750ml (3 cups) boiling water, a jar of our pasta sauce, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Creamy Coconut
From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Creamy Coconut Dahl mix. A unique blend of mild spices and organic lentils. A wholesome meal with mild flavour for the whole family
MILD, calming and comforting. A favourite for children!
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 750ml (3 cups) boiling water and 1 x 400g tin coconut cream. Stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Butter Masala
From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Butter Masala Dahl mix. An aromatic blend of organic spices and red lentils. Rich and belly warming, it will soon be a family favourite.

- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes and 750ml (3 cups) boiling water and stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Stir through 1/4 cup of cream. Serve warm.
Tumeric Kitchari
From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Turmeric Kitchari mix. A nourishing blend of spices, basmati rice and red lentils. A bowl of kitchari is the ultimate comfort food.
MILD - balanced and harmonious, a perfect nourishing bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 1L (4 cups) boiling water, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook kitchari, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
