Made in Waikerie, made using Australian beef, pork, and wine. Naturally smoked small goods.

With a smooth combination of red wine, garlic and cracked pepper this salami is made with premium South Australian beef, pork and red wine using an old-style fermenting method where it is not heat treated and is full of probiotics. This product is gluten free.

Storage Recommendations

Store in dry cool place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
