China Green Sencha

This organic green tea is where it all began. It’s the orthodox original and stands up to the test of time across centuries and perhaps millennia. It tastes clean and crisp and sits harmoniously in your belly.

Ingredients: Green tea (Camellia Sinensis).

English Breakfast

T-Bar's organic English Breakfast has all the malty flavour you’d expect, but for some reason, we can’t help but think of candied oranges when drinking it black. Of course, add milk and sugar if you like.

Ingredients: Black tea (Camellia Sinensis).

Ginger & Lemongrass

A spicy tango, these two ingredients combine so effortlessly and almost symbiotically that it's difficult to believe they’re not the same plant. A sweet lemon and zingy ginger flavour to be had.

Ingredients: Ginger chips, cut lemongrass.

Australian Daintree

Cut quick and dried quicker, the Australian Daintree has an all-around warmth that speaks to its region in far north Queensland. Rich, fertile soil yields a delicious tea that is low in caffeine.

Australian Breakfast

A vigorous blend, this tea can be boiled in a cast-iron pot over the campfire and doused in milk and still stand up with that quintessential flavour of the outback. You can almost taste the quondong!

Assam Broken Orange Pekoe

A groovy tea - true to its name - Assam BOP will help you welcome in the morning with its classical malt tips and rich, dark roots. Get up and get going with this tea and a splash of milk and sugar.

Ingredients: Black tea (Camellia Sinensis and Assamica).

Matcha - Pure - Organic Ceremonial Grade Powder

Matcha has been Japan's ceremonial 'Way of Tea' drinking since the 12th century.

Pure Matcha powder is simply stone-ground green tea leaves finely ground to simply dissolve in hot water after vigorous whisking.

Only a quarter of a teaspoon is all it takes for divine intervention in detoxing mind, body & soul. Whisk away for a green tea taste like no other.

How to Make

Method:

Use the tip of a bamboo Chashaku measuring spoon or just a 1/4 of a teaspoon of pure Organic Matcha powder into your Chawan Matcha bowl filled with boiled water (approx 70 degrees Celcius).

Using the Chasen Bamboo whisk, you can then rapidly move your wrist back and forth across the water's surface to achieve a frothy, mixed consistency.

Why not treat yourself to a Matcha Whisk stand.

Ingredients

Organic powdered green tea (camellia sinensis).
