Handcrafted in the Adelaide Hills, this combination of truffle and creamy cheese goes hand in hand with fruit pastes and fresh honeycomb.

This cheese can be opened and enjoyed at any time, however, will ripen for two weeks past the best before date and be enjoyed with a deeper flavour.

Real black winter truffles are mixed through our cheesemaking process to infuse a deep earthy flavour into this buttery Brie. The luxurious flavour that fills this cheese, just take the classic brie to a whole new level, making it a favourite amongst our customers. This Truffle Brie is served deliciously with stone fruits and honey, or toasted on bread.
